Advantage Abu Dhabi is a 1 year Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority initiative to bring regional meeting business to Abu Dhabi from GCC countries and the other Emirates in 2012.The aim is to encourage companies in the Gulf region to host their meetings in Abu Dhabi rather than another destination.
What is on offer?
We are offering an incentive to host your meeting in Abu Dhabi. If your event meets the criteria outlined below you are able to select one item from the following list of incentives:
- Complimentary 1 day meeting package
- Complimentary dinner at a choice of Abu Dhabi restaurants
- 1 complimentary room with every 5 booked
- Complimentary Abu Dhabi Highlights Capital City Tour
Additionally, if you fly your group with Etihad Airways, all participants will receive double air miles and instant membership to Etihad Guest, the airline's award-winning loyalty programme.
Terms and Conditions
1. In order to qualify for the Advantage Abu Dhabi initiative your event must meet the following criteria:
· The event must take place in the 2012 calendar year
· The event must have a meeting component for at least ½ a day
. The event must attract a minimum of 25 participants
· Guests must stay for a minimum of 2 nights in the emirate of Abu Dhabi
2. Successful applications are entitled to select one incentive from the list outlined above.
3. ADTA reserves the right to evaluate all applications against current prevailing business priorities, and is not bound to give justification for the rejection of all or part of any application.
Application Submission Details
2. You will receive an acknowledgement of your application within 48 hours
3. You will receive an approval or rejection of your application within 7 working days
