Description |
Abu Dhabi’s Corniche Destination Village which will host the Volvo Ocean Race fleet in January will be the setting for the Etihad Airways Junior Sailing Festival running Tuesday, January 3 and Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
The course, for novice and advanced sailors aged between eight and 12 years will introduce children to the sport and improve the skills of young sailors.
The festival will be run by qualified instructors from Abu Dhabi Sailing & Yacht Club and the children can look forward to action-packed sessions whilst mastering the basics of sailing.
