Head to Abu Dhabi Golf Club to see the giants of golf contest the eighth annual Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship (January 17-20). The world’s top two players, Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods head the battle for the prestigious falcon trophy and a share of the event’s US $2.7m prize purse.
Championship tickets priced at AED50 (US$13.3) for a daily pass and AED150 (US$ 40) for a four-day pass are available via

Members of Etihad Guest, the frequent flyer programme of Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national carrier, will enter free when they show their cards at the gate, while Cadillac car key holders can also watch the world’s best for free by presenting their Cadillac car key at the entrance.
HSBC card holders can claim two daily tickets by simply presenting their cards at the entry gate during the tournament. Premier card holders can redeem family ticket access.
In addition, guests staying at any Abu Dhabi hotel or hotel apartment from January 13-20 will get free entrance, by presenting proof of booking at the tournament entrance. Spectators wearing a Nike tick also go free, ladies enter free on Friday - the Championship’s official ‘Ladies Day - while the popular ‘Dress in Red Day’ returns on Saturday 19 January when any visitor sporting red in their dress goes free.
