Abu Dhabi’s UAE National Day fireworks programme has been expanded to 13 shows at seven sites across the emirate: Abu Dhabi Corniche, Yas Island, Khor Al Maqta, Al Ain, Madina Zayed , Delma Island and Sila. This is part of a mega, emirate-wide schedule of National Day activities (November 28 – December 2) designed to engage residents and visitors alike.
Some 63,410 shots in total will be fired in specially-designed shows by Spanish fireworks specialist Pirotecnia Igual – the company behind this year’s Rio de Janeiro Revellion show, which played to high media acclaim and was watched by a live audience of over two million and millions more via Brazilian TV.
