Abu Dhabi Ladies Club

The Club is home to modern, well-equipped gymnasium and aerobics studios. Activities on offer include tennis, roller-blading, squash, basketball and volleyball. Professional trainers for said sports are also available for beginners.
If rest and fun is what you need, then the Club’s pool is the place to be. The spacious, temperature controlled and shaded pool is ideal for swimming or to enjoy an aqua-aerobic exercise class. There is also a separate children’s pool for the young ones to have some fun! Swimming lessons can also be arranged for all ages.

Membership to The Abu Dhabi Ladies Club is exclusively available for women and girls of all nationalities.* Non-resident visiting female guests can also avail temporary memberships with the Club for two weeks or one month.
